what is AFLAS rubber

Dec 06, 2024

AFLAS rubber is a type of synthetic rubber with high temperature and chemical resistance. It is commonly used in applications such as seals, gaskets, and hoses in the automotive, aerospace, and oil and gas industries.

Temperature range: -30℃~ 175℃

SHORE A : 60℃-90℃

Color: Black, can also be custom color

Application: Mainly used for the manufacture of long-term not more than 200℃, short-term not more than 250℃ hot glue stick, high humidity resistance, water vapor resistance, bleach, strong corrosion (sulfuric acid, nitric acid, salt acid) rubber seals.
Benefit:

1)AFLAS rubber is its ability to withstand exposure to acids, bases, and other chemicals without deterioration. This makes it an ideal material for use in chemical processing plants, where it can be exposed to corrosive substances on a regular basis.

2)AFLAS rubber can withstand high temperatures without losing its flexibility or strength. This makes it useful in high-temperature applications, such as engine seals in automobiles and aircraft.
