Rubber bellows are also known as rubber expansion tubes, rubber jackets, corrugated rubber jackets, rubber dust jackets, and rubber corrugated dust jackets. Rubber bellows mainly use the expansion and contraction of corrugations to achieve the unique properties of rubber, such as high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance. The rubber bellows is pre-formed with pure rubber material and then formed by high temperature molding and vulcanization, or is made of high-strength, high-temperature and hot-stability polyester cords that are biased and compounded and then cross-linked by high-pressure and high-temperature molding. It has high internal density, can withstand high pressure, and has excellent elastic deformation effect. Different from metal bellows, the biggest feature of rubber bellows is shock absorption and noise reduction.

Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (Hydrogenate Nitrile) is a nitrile rubber that has been hydrogenated to remove part of the double chain. After hydrogenation, its temperature resistance and weather resistance are much higher than that of general nitrile rubber, and its oil resistance is similar to general nitrile rubber. The general operating temperature range is -25~150 ℃.

· Not recommended for use in alcohol, ester or aromatic solutions.
Scope of application: Widely used in environmentally friendly refrigerant R134a systems and automotive engine systems.
